As others have said, there is but one way to find out.

For me, grapes are faster than dates, which are faster than apples, but nowhere near as fast as pineapple.

With pineapple, I bolus with rapid... then wait 20 minutes, or until I start feeling like I might go hypo; it's almost always the former.

I frequently split my pineapple consumption in half. That's doable when you're eating a whole pineapple... especially since then I only wait ten minutes before the first half of my serving.
