| I finally got around to searching to see what sangria is. Looks like an alcoholic beverage loaded with sugars.
Uhhhh.... if the guy was going to go jogging with no sugar source along, maybe he should have had the sangria. Anyone else find this ironic?

not a low-CHO eater... not even close!
