Actos and weight loss would do nothing for your blood sugars if you weren't a true Type 2.

I lost 18% of my body weight, exercised almost every day for a year and saw my blood sugars get worse. Avandia did squat. That kind of story points to a non-Type 2 explanation.

But that said, the bottom line for all of us, no matter what the diagnosis is to get those blood sugars down as close to normal as possible, and it looks like you are doing that.

So congrats, and, most importantly, keep at it!
