Simply For Life

I need to lose weight (100lbs would be good) and my family doctor has suggested the Simply For Life approach. Does anyone have any experience with this and can you offer any advice? From what I have read they provide a weekly session with a "consultant" which may help me to keep on track but I am not sure what qualifications the consultants have, nor do I see any pricing on their website; which has me a little concerned.

Thanks

Obesity and Type 2 are strongly associated. Most people assume that Obesity is the cause and Diabetes the effect. It is equally valid to suggest that the underlying metabolic disorder which leads to the Type 2 causes the Obesity.
