Frank,

There is bound to be a WW meeting in your area, they have/had their Atlantic Head Office in Darthmouth and some really good leaders up there too.

I lost about 56 pounds with WW in the past, I did put it back on but I feel that WW has a sensible approach, the idea that there are no foods that have to avoided I found very good. I would, in fairness to you and your leader let him/her know that you have diabetes, especially if you are watching your carbs. Certainly WW in North America used to put a lot of thought into their plans and did watch Fiber.
