Susan...per your request:
Red Wine Vinaigarette Dressing
3/4 C oil (I use Extra-Virgin Olive Oil)
1/4 C. red wine vinegar (or for variety use Balsamic for good Balsamic vinaigarette..or apple cider vinegar with juice from 1/2 fresh lemon)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
1 tsp sugar (or Splenda for us diabetics

)
Mix all ingredients in pint jar, cover with lid, shake and pour over lettuce.
