| Joel, your dressing sounds great as well.....I got my recipe from a winery we visit in NC....bought some of their red wine vinegar and they had the dressing made to sample...it was great! I love experiementing with different seasonings and vinegars. Not a huge garlic fan myself, a little goes a long way for me.
Try the worchestershire sauce added...its a nice change.
