half and half which i use to make ice cream (only made it twice since diagnosed in may) i used splenda...the half and half has 8 carbs per 1/2 cup...the unsweetened cocoa which i have used for chocolate ice cream in the past has 3 carb per 1 TBS and 1 fiber...not too bad for an special treat....i was pleased it turned out so good....homemade has a nice fresh taste in my opinion! i am going to try a peppermint ice cream which was a favorite i used to make....
