| Hey Susan....excercising is so fun. I love it. I try to go atleast 5-6 times a week. I have a free membership at my local gym covered by my employer. As long as I go 6 times minimum a month. I love the ellyptical trainer. I used to go and run 2 miles on the treadmill at 6 mph. My ankles and my knees would hurt. So I then started on the ellyptical and its awesome. I can go the same amount of distance without hurting when I get off. If you are thinking of getting any cardio in, I highly recommend the ellyptical trainer. Do the weight loss interval.
