Pizza Using Flat-Out Wraps

I used to make these all the time. I think I'll start making them again.

☆Ingredients ☆
-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-Low sodium No sugar added pizza sauce
-Pepperoni (I use turkey pepperoni if I'm trying to be good)
-Flat Out Wraps. I like the Itallian ones when I make Pizza.

☆Directions ☆

-Take one flat out wrap, put it on your baking sheet.
-Drizzle a small amount of pizza sauce, not too much because it gets a bit soggy.
-Add your mozzarella cheese
-Top with pepperoni or other meat and or veggie of your choice.
-Go very light on toppings because it will make your wrap soggy
-Bake until the wrap is crispy.

I usually bake them in my small table top oven, but I'm sure you can cook them in a regular ole' oven.

Here's the nutrition facts of the flat outs

I haven't seen my diabetes educator yet but from what I remember when you have fiber and carbs don't you subtract the amount of fiber from carbs?

Anyhoo... that's my little snack pizza recipe. It's not as delicious as the real deal but I don't feel guilty after eating it!
