+1 on avoiding fast food as a general rule... maybe OK as an occasional "treat" but once you get used to "real" healthy food, fast food will not taste so good anyway

fairly healthy if you are careful... they do have salads if you avoid the dressings, baco-bits etc... trouble is they use that nutritional empty iceburg lettuce
I especially love the way they now pretend to cater for the health conscious and offer choices for children like apple slices... with
caramel dip!
