Double cheese burger and small fries is about 67 carbs. You are absolutely right about that. However, these foods are very high on the glycemic index and they are full of fat. When you combine the high glycemic foods with fat, you will get a blood sugar rebound. You may test at two hours and your blood sugar will be good, then three hours later you will be high. Make sure to test after the two hour mark and see what your blood sugar is doing. If you are type one and on insulin, you can then make a correction.
