Orpy,

According to my mate, ALL women are impossibly moody etc, so it doesn't really matter what the precipitating cause is. He figures it is the price you pay for having a female in your life. <G>

I have the diabetes and the very bad back, so my guy has gone through a lot with me, but when I look around at other couples, yes, they don't have diabetes. But they often have something. MS. Cancer. Thyroid disease. Kids with severe problems.

So by now my take on Diabetes is that I'm extremely happy to have a condition where I can make a difference in the outcome. A lot of conditions you can't.
