is your clogged salivary gland what they call a "mucaseal?"
i had one last year, and it looked like i had a dip in my lip (tobacco)
that thing drove me nuts.
so one day i lanced it.
and drained it.
it never came back, it was there for a few months.
didnt mess with my BG though.
hope yours goes away!
