When I was Dx'd, my reading was over 450 (472, iirc)...since then my highest, I think was 295 although I'm not sure quite why it was that high - I noticed some people here on the forum the next day were talking about caffeine affecting their BS & I'd just finished drinking a 0 carb energy drink (after working a later-than-normal shift) so that could be it. I'll have to experiment more to see if that's what did it.
