BG Averadges.

Hello Jules.
From where you were is a very good resalt so be proud of yourself "Bravo"
We all look at the aim of 6 / 108 of BG's and there is some swing in say 4 / 72 to 10 / 180 as that may keep you happy.
Just now I have tested and see 8.5 / 153 and have just eaten so that's a good reading.
