I was diagnosed about 11 years ago with central sleep apnea, and started using a CPAP. Whoa, what a difference. My new wife told me to see the Dr about my snoring or I wasn't going to have a new wife anymore

It changed my life. The first couple of nights using the CPAP mask are awkward, but you get used to it. (Tip: there are a ton of different mask types out there. Don't just accept the one the supply place gives you. Make sure you are fitted and look at your options)

I can't put into words how much more rested I am in the mornings. If I nap someplace without my CPAP (like fall asleep on the couch at night) there is a noticeable difference in my sleep quality, short term memory, energy, etc.

Have your Dr get you to a sleep center for an overnight test if you have the symptoms. Try this quiz and take it with you to your Dr:

Sleep Apnea Questionnaire
