Rikki, it's funny you mention HMOs. I'm on Humano which is an HMO and have had great service with them. I have not tried to get a pump yet, but they pay for my pump supplies through Animas with no problem. Besides a CGM, I've never been turned down for anything by them and they don't even make me pay a lab copay. I'll let everyone know in a year on if they allow a new pump.
