| I didn't have diabetes when i went to school, other than when i took adult classes at high school level- that was during that time i was diagnosed... At school i was sitting in the cafeteria a lot, studying because i didn't have many lectures, so then i prefered a normal blood sugar level. Now i'm working, and my job can be physical at times, so i prefer being around 7-8 mmol/l to avoid too many lows... I have had lows at work on busy days if i've been around 6mmol/l or lower when i start working...
