If you're getting your fiber by eating a lot of vegetables and the gas bothers you, you might try Beano. Beano provides your body with enzymes that you need to help digest certain foods like vegetables and beans.. If your body is lacking these enzymes, it doesn't digest the food properly and gas results.
You can get Beano at most food stores and pharmacies.
