Hi Ferzan,

I'm sure that your other medications would be hassling around your short acting insulin. It's possible that you blood sugars were more stable previously as you always had a solid base of Lantus acting, and now since you are pumping you only have short acting.

I can see how other medications can effect BGL's - Cortisone for 2 years really sent my blood sugars high for the 1-2 days after i had a Cortisone injection.

Best thing you can do is talk to both of your doctors about the effect of the other medications on your insulin (especially considering your pump).
