Roughly speaking...
A1C of 8 is a bg average of 205
7 is 170
6 is 135
5 is 100
Though it'd be difficult to get an exact A1C from your average... if your meter average is 106 you are likely in the 5-6 range. So long as you are testing frequently and your average included post meal numbers.
Dending on where your get your info... about 50% of your A1C is the last 30 days, 25% from the last 60 and 25% from the last 90-120 days.
