I wish I could say I'm always between 4 and 6... that's what I like to aim for! But naturally that's just impossible for me as an insulin dependent diabetic (heck, I'd like to see a non-diabetic manage that all day lol).

I tend to sit between 4 (72) and 7 (126)most of the day - but that misses out some of my meal spikes and other times when I'm not testing. I try to avoid spikes with lower carb meals and pre-bolusing, but naturally I can't avoid 'em all. If I really did stay between 4 and 7 all the time I'd have the perfect A1c by now! I know I sometimes spike to 9 or 10 or even the odd shocker that's much higher. But that's just the nature of the big D.

Taking on diabetes one meal at a time. It wins the odd battle but I'm winning the war.
Addicted to my Lantus, Novorapid and medicinal chocolate
