| Stopping the BCP can definitely cause a missed period or even a few missed periods... but you really need to be taking pregnancy tests when you are missing them just to be sure you are not pregnant. Stress and high blood sugars can also cause a miss.
Good luck getting those numbers down. Especially with one kidney you really need to work towards the goal of being in better control.
