Just got my lab results back...

My new A1C is 5.5, the doc should be happy. However, my cholesterol levels haven't budged, so I guessing I'll be put on a statin next time I see him.

I guess this goes to prove that the whole low/reduced carb diet thing really works....I still miss my morning bagel tho.
