I've used Lantus for almost 4 years and it has greatly reduced hypos for me. It took me a while to realize that it was only covering me for 18-20 hours and consequently I have had to split my doses to 26 U in the morning and 22 in the evening about 12 hours apart. After fine tuning the doses I have had great consistent results from it.
