| Well, as least you're not a vegetarian on top of it (like I am). Sounds like you can have gefilte fish, chicken soup (minus the you-know-whats), meat, vegetables. You'll need to stay away from matzoh (oh darn) and all of the desserts. Watch the wine, too.
BTW, as a diabetic, you qualify for not having to observe.
