McDonalds here in New Zealand must be a bit different - our Filet-O-Fish is 30.5g carb. Which to me is just too much, mainly because it's hard to eat a little burger like that without the chips!

I don't mind splurging every now & then, but 30g on one thing is too much for me! I try to stick to around 30g of carb or less per meal, and it's sooo much easier if that's slower acting carbs.
