Jamison,

Make sure you are moisturizing your face. A common misconception is that you should dry it out to dry out the acne. Dial soap for example, used on the face can break it out. Use something made for washing your face (not body), then follow with a light moisturizer.

Now, maybe someone else knows a good acne spot treatment. Mary Kay makes a good one.
