Hi,
Thanks for the above info, I guess it applies to some people only. As I have never had a problem,nor have I heard anyone else mention it. When I was at school it was the done thing to have a sandwich and peice of fruit for lunch.
Some people are prone to indigestion and reflux no matter what they eat
