Glad I am not the only one that has done it at least, I am hoping this will be the one time I forget. Each box I get has 4 vials and all with the same code, not a huge deal of course. I guess I got lazy because the 10 boxes proceeding this one were all the same 22!

Thanks all, felt like **** about it all, was keeping such detailed records too...being light hearted about it all now, back on the bus.
