Or is it because I work out 4 times a week in the gym, I run intervals once a week. Also eat smaller(ish) meals every 3 hour. I've got muscles, which would burn sugar, thus keeping the BG down.
Will I get a sudden jump up to 40+ units when honeymoon is over? |
