| Jamison, make sure you are washing your face at least 2 times a day. Neutrogena makes an Oil-Free Acne Wash that you might want to try...there's also a Zap-Zyt bar you can buy at Walmart to try as well. This will work for acne you may have on your shoulders, back or chest too. These may dry your face a little, if they do, try some Cetaphil lotion on the dry spots. Some people also have good results with Proactiv (you've prob. seen it on TV).
If your acne is getting worse or doesn't respond to some of the things above, it may be that you need to take an antibiotic such as doxycycline or minocycline. You could see a dermatologist and see what they recommend. There are several good prescription topical creams they could let you try as well.
