Bitter melon capsules are sold at health food stores.

I grow bitter melon and love to stir fry them with a little oil than stir in a couple of eggs. YUM!! My kids can't stand it. Can also purchase bitter melon at asian stores.

Unfortunately, the plants that were planted for this year is not doing too well, so hopefully the asian stores will be fully stocked!!
