OK I have to confess to loving Caramel Macchiato - light on the caramel - fall/winter hot but in spring/summer iced. So far I do well with bolusing 27ish for Tall and 35 for a grande. In summer I have to bolus less because I tend to run low then anyway. I try to stick to no more than once a week!
