I use an insulin:carb ratio of 1 unit:10g carb - thus for a tall caramel macchiato which is about 25 -27 g carb, the 2.7 units of insulin - although I have to admit to getting the grande (34 - 35g carb) more often - what can I say, I'm addicted!
