In case you're not here or not by a computer, converting is easy anyway - just multiply mmol by 18 to get the mg/dl result (e.g 5mmol x 18 = 90mg/dl), or divide mg/dl by 18 to get mmol.
The converters are very handy though, a great tool to have on the site
