Luckily the nearest Starbucks is about 500kms away in Paris. I checked they're definitely on the march, about 30 in Paris and one in Lyon )
I normally have a Grande creme. My favourite cafe serves it as a large expresso served with a little jug of hot milk.
I normally have one after shopping in the market and often on the verge of a hypo. The milk is just enough to up my BS level.
