I just switched to Lantus and Novorapid from Novolin 30/70(since '95)
My first Lantus injection was 30u on Saturday night and my Blood Sugar was 2 in the middle of the night. Same thing Sunday night so I dropped my evening dose to 28u and had a Fasting of 7.1 this AM.
So far I'd rather go back to the 30/70 but it's only been a few days. More injections more testing and more extremes in Blood sugars.
