Ill have to see if I can find this. I love pancakes and muffins so this would be a great help. Thank you for the heads up

Diagnosed Type 2 Jan 2007

Metformin 1000mg 2x a day
Synthroid 75mcg daily
Multi-Vitamin daily

A1C results:

04/2007: 6.2
08/2007: 5.5
02/2008: 6.2 -- went 21 days prior to testing w/o Metformin

Down 81.2 lbs as of July 3rd 2008
