| I usually eat oatmeal in the morning, but would be interested in this as well. I check from time to time even the health food stores for low carb, and even just plain yogurt. Have not seen 1 yet that has less then at least 15g of sugar, even plain yogurt. However everyone has said that carb counting is the most important, so will have to go back and double check those. I would be interested in what you find out here though.
