I can vouch for the Dannon Fit and Light. Very good, comes in several flavors. 10g of carbs per serving, sweetened with Splenda.

If you have a Kroger grocery store in your town, look for the Kroger nonfat lite, which is comparable to the Dannon F&L and has some delicious, different flavors, especially the lemon! Also, Kroger brands a yogurt called CarbMaster that has 3g of carbs per container. Comes in vanilla, strawberry and peach. It is good.

But yeah, you've gotta watch yogurt. If I'm going to get that many carbs, I'm just going to eat Ben & Jerry's and do it up RIGHT! LOL.
