I like to stay in 4.5-6 right before meals. I tend to notice that something is "off" when I'm above 8 though.

Also, some days 4.9 feels far worse than 4.4.

Another thing I've come to experience is that when I work out, especially running, my BG drops like a stone. But I don't feel it. Whereas when I'm lifting weights it barely drops.

If it drops when I take too much insulin I definately feel it bad, but when running I can't feel a thing. Weird.
