I didn't read it all - but the bit that interested me is that
if you keep your BGs really low then you have more risk of dying!

So the fact that I have great difficulty keeping low numbers, which
means my numbers are mostly 7 - 9 mmols, could this be be good for me
and why I always feel much better when I have higher blood sugars?

Just wondered.
