Thanks again. To: Felinefan67 You asked if I was diagnosed as diabetic and would I still be considered diabetic. My answer is that I don't know. My doctor used diabetic and pre or borderline and let me know that the diagnosis is debatable. I don't care. I just know that I was on the road to diabetes and that I must do my best to put it off as long as possible. And...
To: n100Paul - You asked What kind of change? I took the advice from this site to test and see what foods I reacted to. I did - a lot. Also, I've lost 24 lbs. I'm at a healthy weight. I can do no more than about 25 "good" carbs per meal - I figured that out from testing. Not many carbs - but I'm a 58 yr. old female and not that big. I walk for over an hour each night after dinner - the first half uphill. That walk makes a big difference. I know - I've checked with and without the walk. And I'm getting more sleep. My last comment is that I'm enjoying the changes and that's important. Good luck to all of you.
