Help on interpreting the test results

I did a physical exam late march. My blood sugar was 93 after fasting. Later on I did another test after starving for two days (I had to undergo a medical procedure), the result was still around 90.

My mother has type II diabetes, so I have carefully watched my sugar intake. I only eat desserts in special occasions and seldom sweeten my coffee.

I asked my doctor about this, but was told that as long as my test result is within normal range, nothing to worry. But I am still concerned. What should I do?

Thanks, folks.
