Diagnosed Type 2 Jan 2007

Metformin 1000mg 2x a day
Synthroid 75mcg daily
Multi-Vitamin daily

A1C results:

04/2007: 6.2
08/2007: 5.5
02/2008: 6.2
10/2008: 5.9

Down 90 lbs as of Sept 7th 2008
Only 10 more lbs to go!
