| Lemon Juice Well I've been adding lemon juice to foods quite a bit lately. I just like how the acidity tastes and it's basically a "free food". I noticed on my own that my 2 hr BG's have been better than expected even after eating stuffing and a baked potato. I thought this was odd so I researched a little and found a few articles stating that acidic foods like lemon juice or vinegar can help lower bg. Interesting.... a whole new reason to keep adding it to my chicken and veggies.
