no break? a five hour shift at most jobs should get your something....

as stated earlier, if your shots are after you eat... no eat = no shot.

but... maybe you can work on mustering up the courage to start your own injections, the first few may be hard for ya, but you just have to start... then it will be like nothing. go for it!!
