The term Diabulemic implies that you avoid eating and taking insulin to lose weight ... but there are times when I avoid eating so that I can reduce the number of injections I need - I've lost an average of 10lbs per month since Christmas (although I'm admittedly still 225lbs - I can easily lose another 32 lbs and still be overweight for my height (6'1") |
Congratulations on loosing the weight, 10lb per month must be hard work at least your doing something about it, there are many people who won't/don't. Keep it up. What insulins are you taking?
